Returns & Exchanges

At BloomChic, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 45 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method and print the prepaid shipping label provided, or generate a QR code for a printerless drop-off.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
